Independent Living Advocate

Disabilities Network of Eastern CT (DNEC) is seeking a full-time Independent Living Advocate to support individuals with disabilities through advocacy, independent living skills support, and community resource navigation. This role also includes Youth Transition Advocate responsibilities, working with schools and community partners to support youth transitioning into adult life. Outreach and collaboration with agencies throughout Connecticut is included.
